Grower Champagnes, Caves Augé Paris

18 Décembre 2010

Last year this tasting was fairytale and freezing. Huddled on the boulevard terrace of the oldest wine shop in Paris, the naturally chilled bubbles felt warm served off wine barrels in the falling snow. True Christmas Champagne.

This year it was just as magical again. It is so special to see snow flakes falling and Champagne bubbles rising together.
